Country Roads BBQ Clash
Please complete the following information to register your team for the KCBS BBQ competition at the Country Roads BBQ Clash
Entry fees are $275 per team for a 20 x 20 space. Larger spaces available for additional fee.
You must enter all 4 meat categories to be eligible for Grand Champion & Reserve Grand Champion, including the drawing for the Jack and the invite to the American Royal.
Cook Sites: Basic sites are 20×20 with 15-20 AMP power and water ($275)
Additional space, power, and private porta-johns are available (additional fees apply) Team sites assigned based on order received and your team’s specific space and power needs. Ice will be available, delivered to your site, upon your request.
Arrival/Set-Up: Teams may enter the Grounds starting at 4:00 PM Thursday, July 15th. Sites must be completely cleaned and vacated by 8:00 am Monday July 19th.
Meat inspection: Begins at 9:00 AM Friday morning continuing until all teams have been inspected.
Cook’s Meeting: 2:00 PM Friday, Jul 16th in the Ruby Community Center
Ash/Trash/Grease/Gray Water: drums, will be placed among team sites for ash along with trash barrels and gray water containers. Please DO NOT DISPOSE OF THESE MATERIALS ON THE GROUNDS. Thank you

Awards Ceremony: 4:30- Vendor Stage
KCBS Awards: Unique, Custom-made plaques from 1st – 5th – Certificate 6th – 10th

WV BBQ Reserve Grand Champion $1,000
*** Cash prizes also paid to the top 5 winners in each meat category***
Once Submitted, our Competition Coordinator, Jerry Reel, will be in touch with you to set up payment of all fees due.
